The Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) is one of the flagship urban missions in India. Arguably it is the only one focused on urban poverty reduction, and on entrepreneurship among vulnerable urban groups. 

It is also one of the most poorly understood schemes.

UMC has been working with DAY- NULM to strengthen mission implementation. We have enabled convergence between the SBM and DAY-NULM to ensure safe and dignified livelihoods in sanitation for all workers.
